Mark Wahlberg broke the internet back in 2018 when he revealed his insanely strict daily routine that helped him build his jacked physique.
He’s dedicated a huge chunk of his life to maintaining healthy and being ripped - which most definitely helps in his acting roles.
In fact, he’s the current Chief Brand Officer for fitness brand F45 Training after buying a stake in the franchise back in 2019.

And it made sense for the Ted actor to go down that route after he revealed to fans exactly how much effort he puts into his body.
The star revealed his insane routine back in 2018, and it’s recently resurfaced and it still has fans bewildered at how intense it is.
He posted to his Instagram stories, that he would wake up at 2:30 am, have his first workout at 3:40 am, do his cryo chamber recovery at 9.30am, have his second workout at 4:00 pm, and be in bed by 7:30 pm.
That’s not all though, he certainly had his schedule down to an art - you can see it below.

And I mean, no wonder he looks the way he does.
If I worked that hard on my physique I’d be showing it off every chance I got.
The schedule resurfaced on the Instagram page Business Bulls and it still had people wondering exactly how he did it.

One user wrote: “I don’t have Mark Wahlberg’s wealth, his fame or his fortune.. but This looks like a nightmare.”
Another said: “Notice how this could all be shifted by 4 hours and still make sense? Like it makes more sense to wake up at 6 30 and sleep at 11 30. This is just improper logic.”
A third added: “Lol. Not only that this sounds like a lie, but it also sounds extremely unhealthy for mentals and physics.”
Thankfully, he revealed to The Wall Street Journal in 2022 that his schedule has relaxed just a little.
He now instead wakes up at 3:30-4:00 am, takes his prayers and vitamins, and now focuses heavily on intermittent fasting.

He ensures everything he eats is between a 12 pm and 6 pm window, which he says allows him to focus less on cardio and he doesn’t have to spend as much time in the gym.
But to be honest, even the new routine seems hectic, even if he is getting that extra hour of sleep.
Have a look yourself below:
- 3:30-4 a.m. — Wake up
- Prayers and vitamins (turmeric, vitamin C, vitamin D)
- Workout
- Emails and calls
- 12-6 p.m. — Eating window
- 7:30 p.m. — Bedtime
