Mark Wahlberg has taken to Instagram to show off his rock-hard body.
The Boogie Nights star flexed his massive biceps and traps in the shots, wearing only blue shorts to give the best view of his rippling muscles.
He also showed off his monster six-pack and gave pretty much everyone the urge to play the xylophone on his ripped abs.

The 51-year-old is a serial entrepreneur and has business interests in Performance Inspired Nutrition and F45 Training, which he credited for his tank of a bod.
The Ted star captioned the social media post alongside two bicep emojis: "@performinspired & @f45_training F51!"
Social media lit up after Wahlberg posted the impressive pics.

One person commented: "Damn son. Defying the ageing process."
A second user simply said: "Benjamin Button."
A third piped up with: "Where can I sign to look like that at 50?"
Honestly, same. Excuse us while we race to join F45.
His adonis-esque look is a far cry from his round shape for Father Stu, with the Hollywood star revealing he had to consume 11,000 calories a day during the weight gain process required for a movie role.

Speaking to Jimmy Fallon, he said: "Unfortunately, I had to consume, for two weeks, 7,000 calories, and then for another two weeks, 11,000 calories. And it was fun for about an hour.
"It's such a hard, physical thing to do. Losing weight, you just kind of tough it out - you just don't eat, and exercise.
"And this, even when you're full, I would wake up after a meal and have another meal.
"I was eating every three hours. It was not fun."

But his Father Stu weight has practically fallen off after spending a bit of time in the gym.
And this isn't the first time the Boston native has taken to social media to show off his monster bod.
Back in 2019, the man himself said: "Six months of Performance Inspired Nutrition, Aquahydrate, and F45 training!! Clean eating!"

Yep, getting Wahlberg-ripped is as simple as that, apparently.
And it's not like he's hitting the gym alone, with his Instagram showing other photos of him joining classes with the general public to sweat it out.
Working out with Wahlberg, a certified dead-set legend, gives us all the more reason to sign up, really.
