Darwin Nunez's pre season goes from bad to worse after a video titled "Darwin Nunez scoring a worldie in Training" went viral for all the wrong reasons.
The Uruguayan was in training for Liverpool during their pre season tour and, in keeping with his recent form, ballooned a shot over the bar, as you can see in the video below.
Klopp reportedly broke his previous claims that he'd never spend €100 million on a player by signing Nunez at the beginning of the transfer window from Benfica.

The Uruguayan had previously been linked with Manchester United, amongst others, and had impressed in both the league and Champions League last season, including two goals against Liverpool.
But despite the fact that he's yet to make an official start for Jurgen Klopp's team, and won't for at least another 12 days, when the Reds take on Manchester City in the Community Shield, he's already under some pressure.
The fee paid for Nunez means his every miss will be scrutinised and on the tour to Thailand and Singapore things haven't gone too well for him.

He came on late in the game against United, and missed a sitter, before also being brandished with having a second 'disasterclass' against Crystal Palace.
So of course his miss in training got social media tongues wagging once again.
"He keeps shooting in the sky in all clips. What's wrong with this man? This guy can't unlace the legacy of Mane at Liverpool if he continues in this culture," one Chelsea fan said.
"Klopp has built a squad on cheap decent players. How is this guy more expensive than Haaland?" another fan questioned.

Nunez has unfortunately already been given comparisons to Andy Carroll, and one fan added, "Seems like Liverpool doesn’t learn.
"They paid 50 mill for the last ponytailed striker and we all know how that turned out…This time they’ve paid twice the amount for what’s so far been the same result."
Another fan is all worried about the memes drying up so understandably said, "I'm loving this Darwin Nunez meme arc. I hope he doesn't come good because this is comedy gold so far."

"This guy just one inch away to become Uruguayan Timo Werner," another fan said, cruelly commenting on both Nunez and Werner.
Liverpool fans and Nunez needn't worry too much as pre season won't really mean anything once the campaign actually gets started.
No one is expecting the Premier League and Champions League runners up to lose 4-0 to United on August 22nd, but that's what happened in Thailand.

Even Fernando Torres struggled in the build up to his first official game for the Anfield side and he had a great career in Merseyside, before moving to Chelsea.
There's almost no doubt that those mocking Nunez now will come to regret it as he takes home the match ball following a hat-trick against their team when it actually matters, unless....
