A host of clubs are pursuing a loan move for Liverpool youngster Tyler Morton, who has impressed Jurgen Klopp in pre-season.
Morton made nine appearances for the Reds first team last season, gaining his first taste of senior football.
Klopp decided to take the 19-year-old on the club’s pre-season tour of Asia, and he impressed in his cameo display in Singapore on Friday against Crystal Palace.

According to Goal, loan interest in the starlet is growing, but the club may restrain from letting him go temporarily as they deem him as valuable cover for their more senior midfielders.
Goal’s report does not mention specific clubs who are interested, but there are suggestions that most of them are in the Championship.
There is a sense amongst some at Liverpool that a loan move would indeed be beneficial for Morton’s development, particularly a move to a side at the top end of England’s second division.
However, with Klopp thus far not adding to his midfield department this summer beyond youngster Fabio Carvalho, he may feel that additional depth is needed there, particularly to deputise for an ageing cohort of players.

Thiago Alcantara, Jordan Henderson and James Milner are all the wrong side of 30, while the likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita are notoriously injury prone.
Last week, Kopp described Morton’s progress in a new, more advanced role as ‘incredible’.
The admiration from the German boss would suggest that he may be inclined to keep the teenager at the club for the upcoming season.
There is every chance that with a few injuries to senior players, Morton could find himself playing regularly, and beating his nine appearances from last season.

After signing Darwin Nunez, Calvin Ramsay and Carvalho already this summer, Klopp’s attention has turned to letting players depart Anfield.
The likes of Sadio Mane, Takumi Minamino, Divock Origi and Neco Williams have already left, so focus is now on allowing younger players leave on loan.
Alongside Morton, talents such as Rhys Williams and Nat Phillips could exit the North West on a temporary basis within the next month or so.
