"I'm not as strong now. I'm not as fit.
"I'll have to retire this year I think. 63 [years of age], you just can't keep going forever can you? I mean, you don't get snooker players that old do you?"
The sport of toe wrestling was born in 1976 and Nash has gone on to compete all around the world.

Nash has also opened up on the injuries he has sustained from the sport, including breaking four toes during a semi-final clash.
"I actually walked off the stage, snapped my toes back as straight as I could, and put them into a bucket of ice. I kept the swelling down and went back in for the finals, and I won the finals," he told CBC back in 2017.
"The trouble with it was a few months I realised one of the toes hadn't gone back right, and I had to go in the hospital, and had to get the toe taken off and put back on again. So I didn't compete the year after."
