KSI paid a fan's £18,000 university loans after losing simple bet in heartwarming gesture

The student was left speechless following KSI's gesture.

KSI paid a student's £18,000 university loans after losing a bet in a heartwarming gesture that left his family in tears.

Jordan Macmillan challenged KSI to a high-stakes game and won, resulting in a huge prize.

He played a game of rock, paper, scissors and joked that if he won the game, the YouTuber-turned-boxer would have to pay his uni fees.

And Jordan offered to KSI £5 if he won in return.

They agreed to play best out of three, with the student winning the first two games against KSI.

Speaking to The Sun, Jordan said: "It started out as a joke between me and my friends.

"I just said, 'I'm gonna ask him to pay for my tuition if I beat him in rock, paper, scissors as it'll be funny'.

"I thought the worst that could happen is that he say no and we'd have a laugh about it. I never imagined he would actually agree.

"I'm someone who takes everything seriously, except myself, so that helps me stay calm in those situations."

"He is such a nice guy and was really cool about it as well, which eased the nerves too."

Jordan said KSI and his friends initially all laughed at the outrageous bet.

But after exchanging details, the social media star forked out £18,000, covering his student fees.

"JJ asked how long was left in my tuition. I told him two years, so £18,000," he added.

"Vikk suggested that he pay one year - £9,000 - which is what we agreed on in the end. So we played rock, paper, scissors and I won and just started laughing.

"I was in shock. He then followed me on Instagram and got my details.

"We got pictures and had a chat; they were quite excited when I told them I study football coaching and management.

"I later got a message from him saying, 'Enjoy it brother'. so I checked my account and he sent me £18,000 for both years."

Jordan was left speechless after checking his bank account and revealed his family were reduced to tears after they found out about KSI's gesture.
