Former Game of Thrones star Hafthor Bjornsson has blown fans away after footage emerged of him doing a dumbbell bench press with wife Kelsey Henson.
The 34-year-old Icelandic strongman shot to stardom for his role as Ser Gregor Clegane, AKA ‘The Mountain,’ in HBO’s critically acclaimed series.
Bjornsson has also crossed into the world of boxing and fought against the likes of former World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall, Devon Larratt and Simon Vallily.

The 2018 World’s Strongest Man, who has won four Arnold Strongman Classics, showed off his incredible strength while on the bench press.
A clip (watch it in the video player above) emerged of Bjornsson lying down on the dumbbell bench press with a dumbbell in his right hand before and lifting it into the air.
The multi-time Europe’s Strongest Man winner then proceeded to lift Henson into the air with his left hand before simultaneously working out on the bench press.

The footage quickly made the rounds on social media, with one fan claiming that Bjornsson turned into the ‘real-life’ Mountain due to his sheer strength.
“Wow, The Mountain from Game of Thrones literally is The Mountain [in real life],” one fan said.
While another added: “Dude is a beast. Also helps that she is tiny to the average person as well.”
A third posted: “This is the only thing I aspire to do.”
