An extremely rare feat occurred on one of the judges' scorecards at UFC 297.
The event in Canada saw Dricus Du Plessis narrowly outpoint Sean Strickland to become the new UFC middleweight champion.
The Drake curse continued as he lost a massive bet, having placed a staggering $700,000 stake.

Joe Rogan's immediate reaction to Du Plessis getting the nod over Strickland spoke volumes.
Elsewhere on the card. Raquel Pennington beat Mayra Bueno Silva in the co-main event to claim the vacant UFC women's bantamweight title.
Pennington vs. Silva wasn't the only UFC women's bantamweight clash on the card as Jasmine Jasudavicius faced Priscila Cachoeira in the early prelims.
And Jasudavicius completely dominated Cachoeira before earning a submission victory in the third round, bagging one of the Performance of the Night awards in the process.

She out landed the Brazilian 326-26 in total strikes in a remarkable statistic.
Her 300+ strike differential against Cachoeira is a new women's UFC record, a new three-round UFC record and the third largest total strike differential in UFC history.
In the second round, the Canadian delivered a beatdown as she landed an unholy amount of damage.
Two of the three judges scored the round 10-8 while Sal D'Amato awarded her a very, very rare score of 10-7.

It's only the fifth time in UFC history where a judge has scored a round 10-7.
Ilia Topuria earned a 10-7 round when he battered Josh Emmett last June.
Emmett himself also achieved a 10-7 round against Felipe Arantes back in 2017.

Khamzat Chimaev has a 10-7 round to his name, too. He got the score against John Phillips on his UFC debut.
And the first instance of such a decisive score is attributed to Forrest Petz against Sammy Morgan back in August 2006.
