Nodri Mukiele has been approached by Manchester United ahead of the transfer window opening on June 10th 2022
Manchester United are said to be keen on the French full-back, with newly-appointed Erik Ten Hag not convinced by Aaron Wan-Bissaka and seeking to upgrade their right-back position.
Mukiele endured a strong season with RB Leipzig, making 28 appearances in the Bundesliga - scoring once and registering four assists. This campaign also saw him score his first Champions League goal in a 3-2 defeat against Paris Saint Germain, suggesting with the right environment he can push on and play regular European football.

Manchester United on the other hand capitulated and despite his best efforts, Ralf Rangnick was only able to guide the Red Devils to a sixth-placed finish in the Premier League - securing a spot in the Europa League next season.
Erik Ten Hag has clearly identified the right side of defence as an issue within his squad, with Wan-Bissaka failing to deliver at the other end of the pitch in 20 league appearances.
L’Equipe claim Mukiele will likely leave this summer, as his current deal runs out next season, meaning RB Leipzig will want to recoup as much as possible for the 24-year old. Current estimations value the defender at £8.5m and could prove to be a bargain for Manchester United.
United are projected to undergo a massive rebuild, with Erik Ten Hag starting his era by renovating all aspects of the squad with a reported £120m war chest. Jurien Timber, the Ajax centre-half, has also been tipped for a move to England.
