Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson has been left out of Erik ten Hag's squad for their pre-season tour of Norway after 'refusing a bench role' at the club.
Henderson had returned to training at Carrington after spending last season on loan at Nottingham Forest, and was expected to play a part in United's pre-season friendly against Leeds on Wednesday.
However, the 26-year-old hasn't travelled with the squad to Oslo amid reports that he will not play second fiddle to Andre Onana next season.

Ten Hag has some big decisions to make regarding his goalkeeping department this summer, after David de Gea confirmed he was leaving the club some 12 years since he arrived.
The United boss has lined up Inter Milan's Andre Onana as a replacement, with the 27-year-old set to move to Old Trafford in a deal worth £43 million plus add-ons once personal terms have been agreed.
According to the Daily Mail, Henderson has made it clear to his manager that he doesn’t want to be on the bench this season.

In turn, he is expected to complete a permanent move to Nottingham Forest worth up to £20m once Onana joins United, claim The Athletic.
His absence from the squad could also be due to a long-term injury he suffered whilst on loan at Nottingham Forest.
The Englishman was forced to undergo surgery on his thigh which saw him miss the second half of the campaign. Therefore, Ten Hag may be simply taking extra precautions with the shot-stopper.
