Achraf Hakimi left Micah Richards stunned during an interview on CBS following PSG’s 3-2 defeat (5-4 aggregate victory) against Aston Villa in the Champions League quarter-final second leg at Villa Park on Tuesday.
Hakimi, 26, opened the scoring for PSG at Villa Park and led his team through a tough second half to progress to the Champions League semi-finals.
After the match, the 26-year-old spoke to the CBS panel and former Manchester City right-back Richards was quick to voice his admiration for the PSG man.
“I’ve been a fan for a long time,” said Richards.

“But the way you are performing right now is top-level, you’ve got to be in the top two right-backs in the world now. Is that something you feel you’re doing?"
“I don’t think [about] that a lot,” Hakimi replied.
“I let you guys decide who is the best… I try to do my job.”
“Who is the top two for you?” the PSG man asked Richards before Jamie Carragher put the same question to his CBS colleague.

“Say it,” Hakimi quipped while Richards paused for thought.
“I like Trent [Alexander-Arnold],” Richards explained.
“Good player, good player,” The Morocco international agreed.
"I think we are really confident right now," Hakimi added.

"We are again in the semi-finals and we want to show PSG is a big team, a big club and we want to fight for all the titles we can."
PSG, who have already won Ligue 1, will face the winner of the clash between Bayern Munich and Inter Milan, which is set to take place at the San Siro on Wednesday.
Head coach Luis Enrique explained how he feels his side are the "best squad in the world" after they progressed to the final four of Europe's premier club competition.
"I think I have the best squad in the world, not only the goalkeeper," Enrique told Amazon Prime.

"When you are in a club like PSG, you have a lot of quality players," he added. "I think in the whole two matches, we deserved to win.
"I am very happy because I can offer our supporters another qualification to the semifinal."
