Casemiro was the first Manchester United player to hug a fan after the Carabao Cup final trophy presentation, and his teammates followed by example in a heartwarming moment.
The Brazilian midfielder has been nothing short of a revelation since arriving from Real Madrid in the summer window.
As well as being the glue in Erik ten Hag's midfield, the 31-year-old has showcased his leadership skills on a weekly basis, being a perfect role model for a team that is still in transition.

He was once again prevalent in their Carabao Cup final win over Newcastle at the weekend, scoring the opener for United as they cruised to a relatively straightforward 2-0 win.
And after berating teammate Bruno Fernandes for not passing to Jadon Sancho, Casemiro once again showed his elite mentality with a touch of class on the Wembley stairs.
As you can see in the footage below, a supporter waited for the squad to pass by after collecting the trophy.

A number of players acknowledged the fan by touching his hand, while some ignored him.
But Casemiro opted for a big hug instead – an action that prompted the likes of Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Dalot, Victor Lindelof and Anthony Elanga to follow. How good is this?
Here's how social media reacted to the clip.

One fan said: "Love this. Hard not to admire Casemiro. Class on and off the field," while another commented: "I hate that I like Casemiro, fair play to him, takes nothing to have a good heart."
A third wrote: "Like when everyone is streaming off the bus not thanking the bus driver, then one person does it and everyone behind follows suit."
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag says Casemiro's attitude is helping construct a winning mentality at Old Trafford.
"We are so proud of him," Ten Han told the club's website. "I think he showed how important he is and how he contributes to our team - in the dressing room, not only on the pitch.

"He is important, everyone can see that, but also around to construct the climate which is necessary to win trophies, and he is showing by example the squad all the example on Sunday. And it’s great to work with him.
"We are so happy with that, it’s a big reward, I’m so happy for him to be rewarded to be in the World Team of the Year. That is really a reward and so wonderful.”
