Former Liverpool captain Jamie Redknapp has urged Jurgen Klopp to find a way to sign Jude Bellingham.
The Reds are struggling with injuries in midfield, with Thiago Alcantara, Curtis Jones and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain suffering setbacks already this term.
Fabinho and Jordan Henderson have also struggled for form so far this campaign, as Liverpool drew their opening two matches to Fulham and Crystal Palace.

Redknapp, who led Liverpool to a League Cup victory in 1995, believes that Bellingham should be signed ‘sooner rather than later’ so Liverpool do not fall too far behind their rivals.
He told TalkSPORT that the Reds should find a way to make a deal happen for the Borussia Dortmund man.
“They said they are not going to go into the market, but I think they should and try and find a way to sign Jude Bellingham."
"That would be a brilliant signing for them. He’d be the one,” said the former Reds captain.

“Whoever looks after him, I know he’s got a great family unit around him, and they want him to have another year at Dortmund, which is understandable because he’s done so well there and is learning the game."
"It does feel like it will happen in time that he goes to Liverpool, but sometimes it is a case of needs must."

“Thiago has already picked up a hamstring injury, and you’ve got James Milner and Jordan Henderson who aren’t young men anymore."
"Sometimes you have to get into the market as you don’t want to fall behind too quickly.”
Bellingham has been a source of interest from the Reds for some time now, with many citing him as the solution to their midfield issues. However, as is status quo with transfers of this size, it is not that simple.
Borussia Dortmund have already sold a prized asset in Erling Haaland this year, and view Bellingham as key to their plans to challenge Bayern.

They will be reluctant to sell, and if they do, according to the Athletic, it will be for a fee of over £80m.
