Reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Liverpool target Bukayo Saka is in talks to sign a new deal with Arsenal.
The Reds have supposedly held a long-term interest in Arsenal's Saka as they look for a long term successor to talisman wide forward Mohamed Salah.
However, according to Romano, Arsenal are negotiating with the player’s representatives over a new contract.

The transfer guru tweeted: “Bukayo Saka’s contract extension has always been a priority for Arsenal, talks are still ongoing with his agent in order to reach full agreement on a long-term deal."
"Saka’s happy with the Arsenal project, discussing on salary details.”
The news that the English youngster is close to committing his future to the Gunners will most likely end any chance of Jurgen Klopp acquiring the player in this window.
Saka has emerged as one of Arsenal’s most important players in the past two seasons.

The Ealing-born man made 43 appearances across all competitions for Mikel Arteta’s side last season, scoring 12 goals.
He has featured 131 times for the club that he’s been at since he was seven and has been awarded Arsenal’s Player of the Year for each of the last two campaigns.
This excellent club form has also enabled the 20-year-old to establish himself in Gareth Southgate’s England squad, and he’s now been capped 18 times.
Klopp has already added Darwin Nunez, Calvin Ramsay and Fabio Carvalho to his squad this summer, and while links to additional attacking players such as Saka and Marco Asensio still circulate, it’s widely expected that the Merseyside club have already wrapped up their incoming business for the summer.

Attention is expected to turn to various outgoings now.
