The Premier League has released the FPL prices for the upcoming 2022/23 season, and some key changes are happening within the Liverpool squad.

Managers will now have to pay £13 million for last campaign’s joint golden boot winner Mohamed Salah, who has risen in price by £0.5 million.
This equals the Egypt international’s highest-ever starting cost in the game, set at the beginning of the 2018/19 season.
This rise in price is probably a result of Salah producing the most Fantasy points in the entire league last campaign, he managed 265.
This was also the fifth consecutive year in which he has managed over 230 points on Merseyside.

With the Reds facing a favourable opening schedule, avid FPL players have tipped the 30-year-old to be a very popular choice from the start of the season.
This price rise also comes in the aftermath of Salah committing his future to Liverpool and signing a new deal this week.
At just £8 million, Luis Diaz is being tipped as a potentially high value acquisition, with the Columbian expected to assume the role left by Sadio Mane, who departed for Bayern Munich this summer.
Diogo Jota has experienced a major role change in the game, becoming a forward after previously being a midfielder.

This comes after the Portuguese international won several points as a central striker last season.
Darwin Nunez arrives from Benfica for £85 million, and will be priced identically to Jota at £9 million.

Having scored 26 goals in 28 league appearances for the Portuguese giants last term, the new signing may well prove to be worth a lot more than that price.
At the back, the likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.5 million), Andrew Robertson (£7 million) and Virgil Van Dijk (6.5 million) have all remained at the same prices.
