Fans reckon Robert Lewandowski was 'disrespected' by Didier Drogba during his celebratory speech at the Ballon d'Or ceremony.
Lewandowski finished in fourth place in the 2022 Ballon d'Or rankings, only behind winner Karim Benzema, Sadio Mane and Kevin De Bruyne.
But the Barcelona star picked up the newly created Gerd Muller trophy, which goes to the top scorer of the season combining both goals for club and country.

He closed the calendar year with a whopping 69 goals - 58 for Bayern Munich and 11 for Poland.
And during his speech, Drogba referenced Erling Haaland's incredible goal-scoring form at Manchester City.
"You know, this kid... he’s on fire, my friend," he said whilst Lewandowski was on stage.
The camera panned to Haaland's teammate Kevin De Bruyne and Benzema, who both looked on sheepishly.

The Poland international appeared to stutter before replying: "The season is very long."
Drogba's comment about Haaland didn't go down well on social media as fans believe the Chelsea legend 'disrespected' Lewandowski.
One Twitter user wrote: "This is so embarrassing, imagine being invited to an event for an award and u gotta talk about another player."
A second tweeted: "This was so disrespectful."

A third added: "Every year Lewa is disrespected."
Another commented: "De Bruyne’s reaction says it all."
Lewandowski continued his speech after Drogba's claim, saying: "For me it's also a new chapter with Barcelona and since the first day, I am feeling very well in this club. I can see it is there for me, the big challenge. I feel very well, I see that with my teammates that we have such big potential.

"I have the opportunity to score a lot of goals and I am sure that altogether we are working on this. This is football. You have to be always ready. I know that the new competition is also coming but still, I am still here and I didn't say my final word yet."
