Barcelona have a new boss in the form of Hansi Flick and the German has already started setting out his stall to his squad by letting one youngster know he is not part of his plans.
Barcelona finished runners-up in La Liga last season, but 10 points behind champions and fierce El Clasico rivals Real Madrid.
Club legend Xavi stepped down and he has been replaced in the dug-out by German coach Flick, who has previously managed Bayern Munich and his national team.

Flick has put pen to paper on a two-year deal with the Catalan side and will be aiming to compete on all fronts next season against Real.
When a new manager arrives at a club, there will inevitably be winners and losers amongst players who are there.
For some, it is a clean slate and allows them to make a brand new impression on a fresh manager, with the chance to get in and stay in a team.

For others though, some managers come in and just do not see certain players as part of their plans, for whatever reason.
On occasion, some players who have spent a lot time at a club might have to face the prospect that their future lies away from there.
And that is a situation which is now facing one of Barcelona's La Masia products.

Ansu Fati has 29 goals in 112 games for Barca since making his debut for the club in 2019.
However, he spent last season away from the Camp Nou and in the Premier League after joining Brighton and Hove Albion on loan for the campaign.
The 21-year-old scored four goals in 27 matches across all competitions for the Seagulls, but the deal did not involve an option for Brighton to buy Fati.
And according to El Chiringuito de Jugones (via GOAL), Barca under new boss Flick has informed Fati that he doesn't fit into his plans.

The club's sporting director Deco has reportedly told Fati he is set for either another loan move or a permanent transfer away from Barca this summer.
And with the attacker's contract running until the summer of 2027, the Catalan side could command a decent fee for him should Fati move on to pastures new.
