Two of the best stadiums in the world will not be featured in the upcoming EA Sports FC 24 game, in a huge blow.
The first game of the post-FIFA era is released September 29 and there's plenty of anticipation for how it will and feel.
More and more details continue to arrive through EA's 'Deep Dive' on various modes and features, and it has been confirmed that the gaming giant still has licenses for 19,000 players, 700 teams, 30 leagues and more than 100 stadiums.

However, there will be two glaring omissions - Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena and Barcelona's iconic Spotify Camp Nou stadium.
Both clubs have deals with EA's rivals Konami for their eFootball game - formerly known as PES and so they have the exclusive rights to their grounds.
Bayern extended their partnership a year ago and Barca have followed suit in renewing their deal, meaning the only place you will be able to play at the aforementioned stadiums will be eFootball.

In EAFC 24, the two giants will likely just have generic stadiums that are slightly similar. The kits, badge and players for both teams will still remain fully licensed unlike some teams in previous years.
The Nou Camp, which is currently being demolished ahead of a major revamp, has not been in an EA Sports football game since FIFA 16.
The Allianz, meanwhile, had its last appearance back in FIFA 19. Ironically, Barca are the champions of La Liga, which has recently had 'EA Sports' added on the end as part of a major sponsorship deal.

Serie A holders Napoli, however, also have a partnership with Konami and they will not be licensed in the upcoming EAFC game.
Much like in the past with Piemonte Calcio, aka Juventus, they will have a default blue home strip and be known as 'Napoli FC', with an alternative badge.
