The nightclub owner took to social media on Thursday to issue an update on his condition.
"I wanted to write this post to let everyone know that I'm doing ok... I have a few stitches and a swollen lip," he posted on Instagram.
"It could have been much worse so I count myself very fortunate I wasn't standing 2 yards further back, as my head would have impacted the wall.

"Thank you everyone for all your messages of concern the support has been really overwhelming."
He followed that up with a series of posts in which he joked about the incident.
Lineker shared a clip to his Instagram account of him falling over while putting up an England sign ahead of the start of Euro 2024.
