Manchester United have made their stance clear on the prospect of Mason Greenwood returning, according to a fresh report.
Last season, Greenwood was suspended by United as the club internally investigated his conduct.
At the time, the player had seen charges of attempted rape, controlling and coercive behaviour and assault occasioning actual bodily harm dropped following the withdrawal of a key witness.

The one-cap England international has always vehemently denied the allegations.
In a statement, upon the conclusion of their investigation United said Greenwood would not play for the club again and on transfer deadline day, he was sent on a season-long loan to Spanish club Getafe, with his parent club covering his wages.
While Greenwood is yet to return to the form that saw him heralded as a future star at United, he has made a valued contribution at Getafe.
The 22-year-old, who had not played a competitive game in some 18 months upon the start of his loan, has netted five goals and provided four assists in 15 appearances for the club.
Moreover, against Atletico Madrid last weekend, Greenwood was the star of the show as Getafe claimed a 3-3 draw.

But despite his improving form, TalkSPORT claimed United still have no plans for Greenwood to return to the fold at Old Trafford.
The publication added that United do not envisage a scenario where Greenwood can return and that the most likely outcome upon the conclusion of his loan spell would be a sale next summer.
It appears Greenwood is attracting interest from some of the world’s most famous clubs.
Earlier this month TalkSPORT claimed that Barcelona had sent scouts to watch Greenwood in action this season.

Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid have allegedly been keeping an eye on the forward’s progress.
Greenwood will not be in action until 2024, with the La Liga campaign being temporarily paused before the New Year.
The United academy graduate’s next game is on January 2 when his club face Rayo Vallecano.
