Manchester United fans are full of excitement after hearing what Ruben Amorim said to Gary Neville in his first TV interview.
United appointed Amorim as Erik ten Hag's replacement on a contract until 2027 after agreeing a compensation deal with Sporting. The 39-year-old was allowed to finish up with Sporting, where he won two league titles, before taking the reins at Old Trafford in the international break.
Without even taking to the dugout yet, Amorim has already made a huge impression on United supporters in clips from his first training sessions and the way in which he spoke in interviews with the club's official channels.
His first game in charge is a trip to Ipswich Town on Sunday and ahead of his managerial debut in the Premier League, Amorim sat down for an interview with former United skipper Gary Neville for Sky Sports.

The former Braga boss said that United is "my place", prompting a smile from Neville as well as lots of elation from Red Devils supporters online.
Amorim said: "I already had conversations with clubs. I felt that this is my place. I think it was the right club in the right moment for me. It was very tough to leave Sporting in the middle of the season and leaving your guys but I had to do it.
"But I was so happy of course. You can see it in every interaction that I have. In the first moment it was a little overwhelming but after five minutes you start thinking about the club, the team, the players and how to play so it was quite fun."

A final user stated: "If this guy fails I’m calling it a day."
Amorim has inherited a United side which is languishing in 13th place after experiencing their worst ever start to a Premier League season.
However the inconsistent nature of the league sees them just four points off Chelsea, who occupy third spot.
