Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez has issues a heartfelt message after he suffered another injury setback.
Man United have had their fair share of bad injury luck this season, and things didn't get any better on Sunday afternoon.
Erik ten Hag's side eased to an impressive 3-0 Premier League win against West Ham at Old Trafford, but the sight of Lisandro Martinez limping off the field just after the hour mark put a dampener on proceedings.

The Argentine defender was appearing in his fourth match since returning from a four-month injury lay off, but when he became tangled with West Ham defender Vladimir Coufal on the touchline it was clear that he was seriously hurt.
Initially there were fears that the 26-year-old had damaged the Anterior Cruciate Ligament in his knee, and injury that would have kept him out for the rest of the season and most of the summer.
Fortunately for Martinez and United, the defender sprained the medial collateral ligament in his knee and will be out of action for around eight weeks rather than eight months.

24 hours after suffering the injury, Martinez has sent a heartfelt message to his supporters and addressed his frustrating situation.
Martinez posted a photo of himself on his Instagram profile with the caption: "I want to give a heartfelt thanks for the great support I’ve received and to reassure you that I’ll soon be back out there, and we’ll fight together. Always united!"

Despite the relatively positive injury news, Martinez's absence still represents a significant blow to United's season.
United have looked better in recent games with the central defender on the field, certainly more so than during his four-month lay-off when none of Ten Hag's alternative options impressed.
United will be without the key defender for crucial games against Aston Villa this weekend and Manchester City next month. Martinez will also miss this month's FA Cup fifth round tie.
If he does return after the March international break, then he could be in line to return against Brentford on March 30, before potentially being in contention to face Chelsea and Liverpool.
