Coleen Rooney has revealed the surprising thing Wayne Rooney does around their home – and it may not be what you’d expect.
Coleen, 38, is currently participating in the popular reality TV series I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
The Liverpudlian is reportedly the joint-highest-paid campmate ever (£1.5m, according to the Mirror) to appear on the show alongside last year’s contestant, Nigel Farage.

But she was under strict rules to ensure she got from her payday.
As expected, her fellow campmates were keen to ask questions about her life as the wife of one of the world’s most famous footballing icons.
The media personality already revealed the ‘embarrassing’ thing Wayne did at just 17 while she was still in school.

On last night’s episode, she discussed the unexpected thing the former Man United skipper used to do.
“Wayne’s always wrote me poems,” Coleen told fellow contestant GK Barry while speaking on Thursday’s episode aired on ITV X.
“You know the hotel pads?” she added.
“He was always writing a little poem and putting it in his bag, and he’d give it to me when we got home.”

This is not the first time Wayne’s habits have been exposed.
In April 2024, he admitted that he does one thing in particular when sleeping alone.
"If I'm in bed on my own, I sleep with the hairdryer on," Rooney said on the 'Girth and Turf' Twitch stream. I sleep with the hairdryer on the whole night.

"I have it on cold. On my kids' lives, I sleep with the hairdryer on, and it's in the bed right next to me, blowing on my head. I've got two fans next to my bed as well."
The mum of four also explained how her husband struggled with fame early in his career, having burst onto the scene with a stunning strike against Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal in a 2-1 Everton win back in October 2002.
“All he wanted to do was play football, he struggled with the fame side of it, he hated that,” Coleen admitted.
“If he could’ve just played football and had none of the fame, I think he would’ve been happier within life.”

The pair got together at 16 and were married at a lavish ceremony in Portofino, Italy, in 2008 while Wayne was playing for Sir Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United.
“We felt older, because we had to grow up quick[ly], because we were living in the public eye," she explained.
