Jermaine Jenas is reportedly in talks with a shock return to broadcasting after a sexting scandal saw him sacked by the BBC.
The 41-year-old was axed by the BBC, where he hosted The One Show and was a regular pundit on Match of the Day, after his employer conducted an investigation into his workplace conduct.
Jenas, who has been married to wife Ellie Penfold for 13 years and has three children with her, admitted to sending inappropriate messages and issued an apology - though stressed that they were "between two consenting adults" and his behaviour was not illegal.

Further allegations were made against Jenas, accusing him of sending unsolicited sexual messages but the former Spurs star denied the claims.
The ex England midfielder has not been seen on TNT Sports as a pundit or co-commentator since but last month reports claimed he was in talks over a return to radio with talkSPORT.
Jenas was live on air with talkSPORT when news of his sacking broke and The Mirror said he was in discussions about a new role and both sides were hopeful of doing a deal.

However, a spokeswoman for the broadcaster told the outlet there had been no conversations nor were there any plans for Jenas to return in any capacity.
Also last month, Jenas took to Instagram to thank his fans for support after a "difficult period" and hinted that he had an opportunity to resume his career.
"There's some exciting stuff that I've been working on so hopefully you'll all have that to look forward to very soon," Jenas said while walking his dog.
"And also hopefully I'll just be back talking about what I love really which is football.

"I've been watching, but I'm looking forward to getting back and talking about what I love most. So last of all, thank you very much and I'll see you soon."
Jenas was kicked out of the bedroom he and Ellie shared at their Hertfordshire home in the aftermath of his sacking and his father admitted he was desperate to save their marriage.
Ellie has not commented on her husband's infidelity, instead breaking her social media silence last month to promote her new personal care brand aimed at children and teenagers.
