A former Premier League star has tipped Cole Palmer to make a shock move to another English club under one condition.
Chelsea put an end to their run of three consecutive losses on Tuesday with a comfortable 4-0 win over bottom of the table Southampton at Stamford Bridge.
Despite the big win, star player Palmer once again failed to get himself onto the scoresheet, making it seven matches without a goal or assist, the worst form of his Chelsea career.

But, Palmer's poor form hasn't stopped one former Premier League star from suggesting that he could be set for a big transfer in the summer to one of Chelsea's biggest rivals.
After joining from Manchester City in the summer of 2023, Palmer established himself as one of the top players in England, winning the PFA Fans’ Player of the Year and Premier League Young Player of the Year awards for in his first season in London.
However, former Manchester United star Wes Brown has suggested that the 22-year-old could consider leaving Chelsea in the summer, but only if Liverpool star Mohamed Salah were to leave the club as a free agent.

Speaking to CasinoBeats, Brown said: "Where is he going to go and become a top player and the top man? Liverpool?
"Liverpool might be an option if Mo Salah were to leave, so that might be something that they might look to do. So, watch this space with that if Mo Salah leaves.
"There’s no reason why it would not happen if Mo Salah is to leave. Otherwise, why would he want to leave Chelsea?"

Brown also acknowledged the other clubs that Palmer could consider joining should he decide that he wants to move on from Stamford Bridge.
"Okay, maybe Man United, he said he’s a Man United fan, but he won’t go there because he’s a City man," Brown added.
"Outside of that is Arsenal, he won’t go there because Bukayo Saka is there. I genuinely believe that the only club that could tempt him would be Liverpool, and even then, they would have to let Salah go first."
Ad it stands, Liverpool are yet to agree a new deal with Salah ahead of his current contract expiring in the summer, leading to fans worrying that they could be set to lose their star man after what has potentially been his best season at the club.
