Fans on social media believe they have spotted what James Maddison did upon being left out of the England squad.
Maddison will not be included in England’s 26-man squad for Euro 2024 and has left the Three Lions’ training camp.
Maddison was called up to Gareth Southgate’s provisional 33-man selection and came off the bench in England’s 3-0 friendly victory against Bosnia-Herzegovina on Monday.

However, the Tottenham midfielder is the first of seven players to be cut from the squad, with the final 26 set to be announced on Saturday.
The 27-year-old, who has made seven senior appearances for England, was part of Southgate’s line-up for the 2022 World Cup but did not make an appearance in Qatar.
Maddison joined Tottenham for £40million from Leicester last summer but endured an inconsistent season marred by a serious injury.

Upon being cut from the England squad which will travel to Germany for Euro 2024, one fan on social media claimed the player removed ‘England’ from his Instagram bio.
On X, formally Twitter, one person claimed: “Already removed England from his bio, he’s fuming understandably.” He added: “‘Tottenham Hotspur & England’ was always his bio on socials.”
While Maddison’s Instagram only includes "Tottenham Hotspur #10" at the time of writing, his X bio is “Tottenham Hotspur & England”.

SPORTbible has contacted Maddison’s representatives for comment on the above speculation.
England’s final squad for Euro 2024 will be announced on Saturday, after their last warm-up friendly against Iceland at Wembley.
Among those battling to be fit for the tournament is Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw, who returned to training on Wednesday after a long injury lay-off.
