Jude Bellingham has reacted to James Maddison being omitted from England's Euro 2024 squad.
Maddison was named in the initial 33-man squad by Gareth Southgate, who has to cut seven players by 7 June deadline.
On Thursday night, days after a 15-minute cameo against Bosnia and Herzegovina, it emerged that the Spurs star was one of the names cut alongside Liverpool's Curtis Jones.
Maddison, who didn't play a single minute at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, said he was "devastated" after the axe in a lengthy statement posted on Instagram.

The former Leicester City man said although he acknowledges he didn't finish the season well with Spurs, he "still thought there would be a space for me in a 26 man squad as I feel I bring something different".
Maddison did say stress he respected the decision and continued to wish his teammates luck for the tournament.
His post had plenty of reaction from fellow footballers and teammates alike.
Close friend Jude Bellingham simply commented with a "pain" emoji, clearly gutted that Maddison won't be on the plane.

His ex Leicester colleague Danny Drinkwater said he could relate to Maddison's situation, writing: "Been there mate, head up n [and] enjoy the summer. Smash it again next season."
Former England and Premier League midfielder Jimmy Bullard shared a message of support, adding: "Chin up my son… as I’ve always said you belong there… with another manager in charge I believe you would be…. And remember your the bollox."
