He has only been in charge for a matter of months but Thomas Tuchel has already made a significant mistake since taking the England job, according to Fabio Capello.
Tuchel, who was appointed as Gareth Southgate’s successor in October last year, officially starting his England post on January 1.
He would soon attend four Premier League games across the first weekend in his new role but, to the surprise of many, he missed a Carabao Cup semi-final, as well as a full card of FA Cup third-round fixtures.

In fact, it would soon emerge in a report from The Times that Tuchel missed three Premier League weekends in his first six-and-a-half weeks in the job.
The FA have allowed former the Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain manager to engage in a work-from-home arrangement, which allows him to make regular trips back to Germany to visit family.
But former England manager Fabio Capello isn't convinced by the agreement. Speaking to the Daily Mail, he said he wouldn't have missed any matches during his England reign from 2008 to 2012.
"You have to go and check the players every game. Not on TV. Live," he said.

"On TV, you can see one part of the pitch. But when you go to the match, you can see every moment. The ball is one part, but tactics, positions, everything. You have to see that. I went every Saturday, every Sunday. I saw a lot, a lot, a lot of the games.
"You have to live in England, absolutely. You have to live the culture, everything. I went to the office, to Wembley, every day, with Franco Baldini. Only the day after the games, Monday, did I stay at home."
He added: "It is not easy, for sure As an England manager, if you are English, it is easier, because one or two people think, 'Why did we choose a foreign manager?'
"But that is for the president of the FA. They choose the manager. If they decided this, they think it is the best way. No one arrives with a gun to their head saying, 'You have to choose this'."

The FA has previously defended their decision to give Tuchel more flexibility to work from home.
A statement in February said: “Thomas has attended 17 matches - in England and abroad - to watch English players since he joined in January, and is working full-time to assess players for his first squad announcement next month.”
Tuchel oversaw his first victory as England head coach on Friday night as his side began their World Cup qualifying campaign with a relatively straightforward 2-0 victory over Albania.
