Thomas Tuchel has made his first big decision ahead of replacing Lee Carsley as the next England manager.
The 51-year-old will officially take charge of England from January 1 onwards after he reached an agreement with the FA on an 18-month contract.
He recently opened up on wanting to "make our dream come true" at the 2026 World Cup but before joining up with the squad, he has 'no intention' of offering advice to Lee Carsley or the FA on matters relating to the team.

More specifically, Tuchel will not speak to interim manager Lee Carsley about his squad selection ahead of his final Nations League games against Greece and Ireland, according to a report from The Telegraph.
In fact, he has no plan to be in attendance when England find out their World Cup qualifying opponents at the draw in Zurich on December 13.
Rather than be in the stands, Tuchel is expected to watch this month's games against Greece and Ireland at home.

Last month, the former Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain manager revealed that pushing a "hugely talented" squad to success is what motivated him to take on the role as head coach.
When asked what he thinks of the current crop of talent in England, he said: “The potential is obviously huge. But for me, even more importantly, the character of the players is one of a kind."
Tuchel added: “It was amazing for me to see the character, determination, grit and hunger that it takes to perform at this level. To have the chance to work with such a talented group makes me excited."

He would later claim that England have "everything" to win titles on the biggest stage.
“I felt the excitement in the country in 2021 and I truly believe we can do this together," Tuchel added in his first interview as England manager. "We are here to try everything to put the second star on our shirt and I want everyone to feel the belief once we start in January.
“But before this we have to do the ground work. We have to put our feet on the floor, be humble and there’s no way we can do that alone. We will do it together, for our fans and with pleasure.”
