Darwin Nunez bagged a stunning four-goal haul as Liverpool thrashed RB Leipzig 5-0 in their third pre-season friendly.
The Uruguay international had gone two games without a goal after joining Liverpool in a club-record £85m move from Benfica last month.
But he emphatically ended that mini-drought with four second-half goals as Liverpool swatted aside Leipzig in Germany on Thursday.
It took Jurgen Klopp's side just eight minutes to take the lead, Mohamed Salah putting the Premier League club ahead with a neat finish.

Nunez was one of four Liverpool players to come off the bench at half-time and he needed just three minutes to get on the scoresheet.
After Luis Diaz was fouled inside the area, Nunez stepped up to score the resulting penalty despite Leipzig goalkeeper Janis Blaswich getting a hand to his shot.
He then scored his second, and Liverpool's third, three minutes later - calmly finishing past Blaswich to make it 3-0.

The striker completed his hat-trick in the 69th minute, turning the ball home from close range after another well-worked move from Liverpool.
And he grabbed his fourth goal just minutes before full-time whistle when Blaswich was again unable to keep out a tame shot from the Uruguayan.
Liverpool supporters were understandably delighted with Nunez's performance.
"This man's on fire today," wrote one fan on Twitter.

Another added: "Darwin Nunez woke up and chose violence."
Liverpool supporters will be hoping he continues his goalscoring form in their next pre-season game against Red Bull Salzburg on Wednesday.
They will then face rivals Manchester City for the Community Shield on July 30, with their opening Premier League game of the season coming away at Fulham on August 6.
