TNT Sports were forced to issue an on-air apology during the Champions League clash between RB Leipzig and Liverpool.
Liverpool took a first half lead after Darwin Nunez tapped the ball in from close range.
Arne Slot's side thought they should have had a penalty for a foul by Willi Orban on Nunez, but VAR decided not to recommend that the referee change his on-field decision.

There were also some early technical problems with TNT Sports' coverage, as the commentary cut out on several occasions during the opening minute of the match.
A loud beep could then be heard which appeared to lower lead commentator Darren Fletcher's microphone.
Co-commentator Lucy Ward also appeared to have her microphone turned down by the glitch.

Fletcher would then issue an on-air apology on behalf of TNT Sports for the technical issues that were impacting the coverage.
He interrupted the action to explain: "Apologies for the early technical problems, we can't quite get the microphones to work inside this stadium.
"German technology and all that - expected it to be better! Apologies sent from Leipzig."
High-pitch ringing could later be heard for a brief period as TNT Sports attempted to fix the issue, with audio levels then returning to normal and uninterrupted levels midway through the first half.

TNT and discovery+ are no longer the sole broadcasters of the Champions League in the UK this season, with Amazon Prime Video showing eight live matches during the group stages.
They have already shown three matches, with two of those involving Arsenal and the other being the opening week clash between AC Milan and Liverpool.
BBC, meanwhile, have signed a contract to show highlights of the Champions League matches every weekday.

Should Liverpool hold on for victory, they will be one of only 10 teams still unbeaten in this season's competition.
Slot's side will go second in the table with a win as one of only two teams with a perfect record. Aston Villa, who top the table, are the other.
