Fans in disbelief at what Vincent Kompany's assistant posted hours before Bayern Munich's game vs Inter Milan

He REALLY posted that...

Fans have been left in hysterics after seeing what Vincent Kompany's Bayern Munich assistant posted on social media ahead of their second-leg clash at the San Siro.

Bayern have significant work to do if they are to stay in this season's Champions League after being defeated 2-1 at home to Inter Milan.

Thomas Muller canceled out Lautaro Martinez's first-half stunner with just five minutes left on the clock, but a late David Frattesi strike gave Inter the advantage to take back to Italy.

It would make sense to believe the Bayern dressing room's full attention is on a comeback, but assistant coach Rodyse Munienge clearly has his mind elsewhere.

Ahead of the clash, Munienge took to his Instagram story to put forward a rather surprising offer.

"Freshly single man, 40 years old looking for a woman called Nathalie, so I don't have to redo my tattoo," he posted.

The Bayern assistant's post quickly went viral, with fans completely baffled considering the context surrounding Bayern's status in the Champions League.

One fan posted: "Just as I thought I couldn’t love Rodyse even more."

Another added: "Instead of him preparing for Inter game..."

A third posted: "Man I need someone to do an interview with him he seems like the funniest guy at the club."

Another fan said: "The season was worth it just for this man, this staff is the most aura-filled person you'll ever see in your life."

Ahead of the game, Kompany insisted that Bayern's full focus was on overturning the the one-goal deficit and revealed his squad are very much ready for the occasion.

"There's an anticipation for this match, it feels proper,” Kompany said at Tuesday’s press conference.

“It doesn't get much better. The most important thing is that we deliver our best performance.

"We have to be there in the key moments, defend well, and score the goals upfront. The belief is there, at the end of the day we just need to win one match. We always play to win.

"Hopefully, we can experience a very special night, also for our fans," he added.
