Chris Eubank Jr has mocked Conor Benn and also called out Jake Paul after his fight was postponed.
On Thursday afternoon, it was announced that Eubank vs Benn has been postponed, promoter Matchroom said: “After discussions with various parties, we have taken the decision to formally postpone the bout between Chris Eubank Jr. and Conor Benn.
“It is undeniable that the British Boxing Board of Control's decision to withdraw their sanctioning was procedurally flawed and without due process.

“That remains a legal issue between the promoters and the Board which we intend to pursue.”
After the confirmation, Eubank said: “Can't believe it. I really apologise to the fans and everyone that bought tickets, travelled and booked hotels, this should not have happened. He has escaped his schooling… for now.”
Whilst Benn insisted he is a clean athlete, he said: “I am truly gutted that we were unable to make this fight happen on Saturday and I'm sorry to everyone who has been affected by the postponement.

“I am still completely shocked and surprised by this and it has been a tough couple of days. My team and I will consider the next options, including rescheduling the fight, but my immediate focus is on clearing my name because I am a clean athlete.”
Later in the evening, Eubank appeared to mock Benn on Instagram after posting a picture of a dessert that had ’61%’ written on the plate, having previously said that he can beat Benn at just 60%, the one per cent increase could be due to the speculations about Benn’s apparent failed drug test.
American YouTuber turned boxer Paul reacted to the news by aiming a dig towards Eddie Hearn.

He said on Twitter: “I can’t wait to see all of the texts and emails between Eddie Hearn and all the parties involved in this fiasco. #Discovery #EubankJrBenn.”
To which Eubank replied with: “How about I get you a jet to the U.K tomorrow & we scrap at the o2 on Saturday for the fans that are now missing out because Conor Benn fumbled AND crumbled under the pressure. You come in as heavy as you want #ForTheFans #EubankJrPaul”
Paul is scheduled to fight Anderson Silva on October 29. Paul currently has an unbeaten record but his latest fight is bound to be his toughest test to date.
