Unseen footage shows what Eddie Hearn did immediately after Chris Eubank Jr slapped Conor Benn with an egg

Chris Eubank Jr. slapped Conor Benn with an egg during an explosive press conference.

Unseen footage shows what Eddie Hearn did immediately after Chris Eubank Jr. slapped Conor Benn with an egg.

Eubank Jr. smashed an egg in Benn's face following Tuesday's pre-fight press conference in Manchester.

They faced off before Eubank Jr. struck Benn, sparking a brawl.

Nigel Benn stunned boxing fans with what he did to Eubank Jr. following his egg stunt.

Another clip shows Hearn's immediate reaction amid the on-stage chaos.

He can be seen pushing Eubank Jr.'s promoter Ben Shalom as security attempted to defuse the situation.

Judging by the footage, however, it appears Shalom is unaware of the Matchroom Boxing promoter's actions amid the mayhem.

Hearn issued a two-word response when asked about Eubank Jr. striking Benn and claimed anything now goes following the incident.

"He came on stage with an egg. I thought it was glass. The noise and the way it shattered was like a glass. We don’t know what’s happened. All I’m saying now, all bets are off. If you bump into Nigel Benn in the next 10 minutes, watch yourself," he told Sky Sports.

"The thing is with Eubank is that everything is pre-mediated. He’s sat there at night and thought 'I’m going to hit him round the face with an egg'. Some might find it funny. Imagine you in a head to head right now, the police would be looking for you.

"The game is the game, the fight is the fight. All bets are off. Anything goes. You’ve gone to that level. Thursday at Spurs. It’s on sight."

The all-British showdown had originally been scheduled for October 2022 before the bout was cancelled after Benn failed two drug tests.

Eubank Jr. vs. Benn will be contested at 160lbs and is set to take place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 26.
