Chelsea have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar, with new boss Christophe Galtier making an admission on his future.
Rumours circulated linking the 30-year-old with a sensational reunion with his former boss Thomas Tuchel.
Chelsea were revealed to be one of only three clubs that could financially afford to make a move for Neymar after five years in Paris.

Furthermore, Blues defender Thiago Silva admitted that he would like to see his international teammate arrive at Stamford Bridge.
Silva urged Neymar to join the club publicly, wanting to play with him once again at club level after their time together at PSG.
He said: “He has to go to Chelsea. If it happens, it will be for the best. He needs no comments… So far, I don’t know anything, but I hope it comes to fruition.”

However, any chance of this happening has since been dispelled by Galtier after he was appointed as the new boss in Paris.
Speaking during his unveiling, as quoted by Hadrien Grenier, the former OGC Nice boss admitted that he wishes to keep Neymar at the club.
"Neymar is a world-class player, one of the best in the world,” he admitted.
“Which coach wouldn't want to have him? I have a very precise idea of what I will expect from him . Of course I want him to stay.

Cristiano Ronaldo has also been linked with a move in recent days as Jorge Mendes seeks a new club for his client this summer.
However, Tuchel will be handed the final say on any incomings, including Ronaldo, and it remains to be seen as to whether he would like the Portugal star as part of his squad for next season.
The German will be keen to bring in signings before the Blues jet off on their tour of the United States on Saturday.
Tuchel will look to rebuild his squad and compete at the top of the Premier League next season, as well as challenge on all fronts under the new ownership at Stamford Bridge.
