Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech is now believed to be very close to sealing a move to AC Milan this summer, according to reports.
The Moroccan has just completed his second season at the Blues having signed from Ajax back in 2020, but he has already been linked with a move away from the club.
He made 44 appearances in all competitions last season for the west London side, but only scored eight goals and assisted a further six.

Ziyech thoroughly impressed during pre-season and scored the opener in the Super Cup final against Villarreal but came off with a shoulder injury shortly after, and soon had a staggered start to the campaign as a result.
With the new season now fast approaching, it seems as though the Moroccan’s next destination has been decided.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, it is ‘only a matter of time’ until Ziyech’s move to Milan is completed this summer.

Although a deal between Chelsea and the Serie A Champions has not yet been agreed, there is still a belief that the move will be finalised ‘sooner rather than later’.
The news comes after the 29-year-old revealed a new career decision on Friday night, saying he is now taking more control of his career.
In a post on Instagram he said: “I have reached a point in my life where I feel that the time is right for me to take full control of my professional future.
“I want negotiations and decisions about my career to be made by me. So moving forward, my team and I, together with our legal representatives, will handle the business side of things.

“Professional interest should be directed to the contact info in my bio. I remain grateful for your continued support.”
Ziyech has made 83 appearances for Chelsea in his two seasons at the club, amassing a total of 24 goal contributions.
While his individual success for the Blues has been limited when compared to his time at Ajax, the winger has still been able to collect winners’ medals during his spell in west London.

He played a key role in the club’s Champions League winning run in 2021, scoring a crucial goal against Atletico Madrid in the knockout stages of the competition.
Ziyech soon lifted the coveted trophy in Porto, before he and his side went on to win the Super Cup and Club World Cup in the following months.
