Hakim Ziyech is ready to leave Chelsea this summer amid interest from AC Milan after expressing his desire to depart, according to reports.
The 29-year-old joined Chelsea in the summer of 2020 under Frank Lampard and penned a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge from AFC Ajax.
Ziyech’s time in England hasn’t gone smoothly. He dislocated his shoulder shortly after scoring against Villarreal in the UEFA Super Cup back in August.

He went on to make 44 appearances under Thomas Tuchel last term, scoring eight and registering six assists in all competitions.
But his future remained up in the air with the club being reported to be ready to listen to offers for him, Christian Pulisic and Timo Werner should they arrive.
And now according to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Moroccan is open to cutting his time in the English capital short after two seasons.
He has expressed his desire to Chelsea to leave and AC Milan are now ready to find an agreement to take him to the San Siro.

Ziyech is open to joining the Rossoneri, which would see him join former Blues Fikayo Tomori and Olivier Giroud, both of whom won the Scudetto last season.
A transfer fee would need to be agreed between the two clubs and Chelsea’s valuation of the wide-man is not known.
Werner could also be on his way out after Chelsea were reported to be readying a player-plus-cash deal to try to sign Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt this summer, who looks increasingly likely to leave the Bianconeri.

Chelsea have shown interest in bringing wingers Raheem Sterling and Ousmane Dembele to the club, with Tuchel having already reportedly held positive talks with the Manchester City star.
Tuchel made it clear at the end of last season that he may be looking to add firepower to his attacking line next term, saying: “If we stick to the group then we will try to solve it with these players.
“Is it necessary to bring more offensive players around the box to create more distractions, to create more space for each other? We will ask that question. Can we do better in the structure? Can we push the players more? Did we rotate too much? Let’s see.

“There are a lot of options. The numbers we produce from our offensive players don’t allow us to over-perform and we need over-performance if we want to be nearer to the top two teams. I am not pointing fingers, I am not blaming anybody, but we need over-performance from everybody. It’s not over-performance if we have only single figures in scoring and assisting.”
One player who is on his way out is Romelu Lukaku after a loan deal was agreed with Inter Milan.
The Chelsea head coach will be given around £200 million to spend in the summer transfer window, with up to six signings potentially arriving at Stamford Bridge. A busy summer ahead for the Blues.
