AC Milan will make a transfer offer for Chelsea attacker Hakim Ziyech later this summer, according to reports.
The former Moroccan international has been linked with a move to the recently crowned Serie A Champions for much of the transfer window, with a departure from Stamford Bridge now looking likely.
Ziyech has struggled for consistency at Chelsea ever since he made the move from Ajax in 2020, although he has also been affected by injuries during his spell at the club.

Blues boss Thomas Tuchel believes that the 29-year-old is not disciplined enough when it comes to tactics, and is happy to allow him to leave this summer.
Even though it is thought that Milan have concerns of their own about the player, they are still set to make an offer for him later on in the window.
According to CalcioMercato, the Italian giants will make a ‘concrete attempt’ to sign Ziyech from Chelsea towards the end of August.
It is said that they hope no other clubs enter the race for the winger, although he hasn’t been linked with any other sides as of yet.

Milan will only be able to sign him under ‘certain conditions’ however; a loan agreement with an option to buy included in the deal.
Chelsea are also expected to be required to help out in the deal, but the ‘good relations’ between both sides mean that a move is likely to happen.
Other reports have revealed that Ziyech himself will have to take a pay cut in order for a move to take place, with his current Chelsea salary earning him £5 million-a-year.
The Blues may also be set to let him go for just £8.4 million this summer, and is still a key target for Milan.

Ziyech scored in Chelsea’s second pre-season friendly against Udinese on Saturday, netting a penalty after Ruben Loftus-Cheek’s opener.
It was the club’s final match of their summer schedule, and they now have less than a week until their Premier League opener away at Everton on Saturday.
After their victories, Tuchel revealed that despite the two different wins against Udinese, his side are not yet ready for the forthcoming season: “We trained a lot this week, especially two days ago so we did not have the freshest legs. But we have a lot of positive things to take away from this game.

"It’s a good performance, it’s a good result, we could’ve scored much more, should’ve scored much more. But overall, it’s a lot of positive stuff to take away from this.
“Tomorrow (Saturday), we play another match here against Udinese, another team, to have minutes in our legs.
"Then it’s two days break. Then we prepare nothing else but Everton because they are right in front of the door and we need to improve, we are not ready yet.
"We don’t have to be ready yet, we have another week and then it’s the time to be on the best level and there’s still some way to go.”
