WWE fans were left concerned for one star after spotting a ear-splitting impact in one of the Elimination Chamber matches.
The men's Elimination Chamber match was won by John Cena - who then stunned the entire WWE Universe with a shock attack on Universal Champion Cody Rhodes to turn heel, aligning himself with The Rock in the process.
Other results saw Kevin Owens defeat Sami Zayn in an unsanctioned match, and the team of Tiffany Stratton and Trish Stratus win against Nia Jax and Candice LeRae.

The women's Chamber match, meanwhile, was won by Bianca Belair, who last pinned Liv Morgan to book her spot in a championship match at WrestleMania.
But during that match, which opened the Elimination Chamber show in Toronto, fans spotted a brutal move which has left them deeply concerned over one of the wrestlers.
During a spot on top of one of the chamber pods, Belair and Morgan were grappling before the latter grabbed hold of Belair's hair braid.
Belair then whipped Morgan with it before pushing her into the steel.

A close-up of Morgan's chest showed that a major welt had formed across it along with blood, and she appeared to be in agony as the rest of the match unfolded.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "Bianca Belair braid might be the most dangerous weapon in WWE."
A second said: "That sound was CRAZY!"

And a third added: "That braid has got to be studied."
Other fans even called for the move to be 'banned' by WWE as part of a future angle.
The move is allowed by WWE as Belair's braid is classed as part of her body, meaning she doesn't get disqualified for using it during normal matches.
Speaking after the show, she told WWE's post-show: "I didn't see it yet. I need to see it... do not touch my hair. You're asking why did I do that? She was trying to pull me off the pod [of the Chamber] by my hair. I did what I had to do."
