Logan Paul revealed that he was gifted a Charizard-themed Rey Mysterio mask from the Hall of Famer himself.
The legendary Luchador was a guest on this week’s episode of IMPAULSIVE where they discussed his iconic career and his recent feud with his son Dominik.
Paul and co-host Mike Maljak opened the podcast wearing Luchador masks, in particular in the famous Rey Mysterio style.

Upon bringing the former WWE Champion onto the couch the new WWE superstar asked his guest if it was disrespectful for them to be wearing the masks.
Rey replied: “Not at all. You know how many fans go to Mexico, and the first thing they look for is the mask? The Rey Mysterio mask too.
“It’s part of the culture man. So in a way, it's showing respect to the culture of Lucha Libre.”
The YouTuber went on to explain how the particular mask he was wearing was actually given to him by Mysterio.

The mask is an incredible one-of-a-kind design with a Pokeball embroiled on the forehead and Charizard-themed flaps coming down the mask.
It’s befitting for Paul who actually wore an ultra-rare Charizard card on a necklace when strutting to the ring for a boxing match against Floyd Mayweather back in 2021.
Then, back at WrestleMania 38, he wore a Pikachu Illustrator Card worth an estimated $900,000 when he teamed with The Miz to face Mysterio and his son Dominik.
The PSA-graded Pikachu Illustrator card is a vintage special edition promotional card given out to winners of an early Pokemon contest, meaning Paul might just have been donning the most expensive piece of gear in WWE history.
Rey went on to note that the mask was specifically made for Paul by legendary Luchador mask creator Masahiro Hayashi.

The Japanese designer met Rey back when he wrestled in Japan, begging him to wear his masks and blossoming into a multi-decade-long relationship.
And no wonder Mysterio kept calling on the services of Hayashi because he makes some pretty brilliant masks as evident with Paul’s custom-made one.
Later on in the podcast, the 48-year-old spoke about his ongoing rivalry with Dominik Mysterio.
He revealed that he’d be keen on facing his son in one of the most prestigious matches in Lucha Libre tradition - a mask vs. hair match.

It would be an all-time way to finish off an always-intriguing feud.
