Logan Paul tells WWE Hall of Famer 'you can't say that' after controversial comment seconds into new podcast

Logan Paul pulled up Paul Heyman seconds into his podcast.

Logan Paul told WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman 'you can't say that' after a controversial comment just seconds into his new podcast.

WWE manager Heyman joined Paul on his podcast to discuss several topics including mocking John Cena, his relationship with Vince McMahon, WWE's move to Netflix and his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.

But the IMPAULSIVE podcast got off to a shaky start within just seconds of the film rolling.

Heyman opened with 'how's it hanging', which was immediately pulled up by Paul, who replied: "You can't say that on this podcast," before adding: "I would prefer if you used different verbiage."

The 59-year-old was taken aback by the WWE star's explanation as he questioned if they were rolling.

The controversial nature of the comment stems from the time when Paul posted a video of showing the body of an apparent suicide victim in Japan, triggering widespread criticism.

The video showed him and his friends at the Aokigahara forest at the base of Mount Fuji, known to be a frequent site of suicides.

They come across a man's body and are shocked but also poked fun at the situation.

Heyman, who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2024, is regarded as one of the best managers and creative minds in wrestling history.

However, he doesn't appreciate being considered 'one of' the greatest.

"I’m not flattered by that at all. It’s the phrase ‘one of'," he told Paul. "You’re both in committed relationships now, right? Yeah, so if your significant other wakes up next to you and says, ‘You’re one of the best lovers I’ve ever had,’ is it a morning spent in bed together, or is it a call to the divorce lawyer?

"'One of' is not flattering at all. The objective is to be the greatest. If anybody takes Wikipedia seriously, when they write ‘one of’ in a credentialed biography of Paul Heyman, it immediately kills their credibility. Anybody who follows this industry knows that I’m not 'one of' anything. I am the GOAT - and that should be acknowledged, accepted, respected, and worshipped."
