Logan Paul made a surprise return to the WWE in Saturday's Royal Rumble match, going viral after pulling off an insanely acrobatic spot with Ricochet.
Paul hadn't been seen in the promotion since suffering a knee injury while wrestling Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Crown Jewel in November.
'The Maverick' looked to be out until WrestleMania with the injury, but shocked fans by entering at number 29 inside the Alamodome.

He made his way down to the ring with a can of Prime in hand, excited to make his debut in the annual 30-man extravaganza.
Paul didn't receive the welcome he anticipated. Everyone in the ring, including Austin Theory and GUNTHER, attacked the YouTuber immediately.
He lasted 10 minutes in the match, managing to eliminate former world champion, Seth Rollins. The 27-year-old's taken to pro wrestling like a duck to water thanks to his athletic background. Nobody could've predicted what he'd pull in his first match back, though.

He stood on the apron on one side of the ring while Ricochet, a renowned high-flyer and former United States and Intercontinental Champion, stood on the other.
The duo stared one another down as bodies lay in the ring. Ricochet stood with his arms out, ready for anything, while Paul told him to bring it on.
Paul and Ricochet springboarded into the ring and collided high in the air. Both men hit the ground with a thud as the San Antonio faithful lost their minds.

Ricochet was eliminated shortly after by Theory to bring his time in the match to an end. At least he managed to create an iconic moment.
Paul's elimination of Rollins has lead to many assuming that'll be his opponent for WrestleMania 39 later this year. Despite having his heart set on a rematch with Reigns, Paul was tossed out by another returning superstar.
Cody Rhodes entered at number 30 after his own lengthy injury layoff. 'The American Nightmare' tore his pectoral muscle in June and confirmed his participation in the Rumble earlier this month.

He eliminated Paul then GUNTHER to earn his spot in the main event of WrestleMania. It was an emotional affair for Rhodes, who could be heard saying: "I did it dad."
