"WPA has now successfully appealed the injunction and the injunction has been lifted by the court with immediate effect.
"The results of Mr Yildirim in the men’s 100m T12 medal event have been disqualified, with all resulting consequences.

Yildirim isn't the only athlete to lose a medal due to disqualification this week, with Italian rower Giacomo Perini seeing his bronze medal stripped from his neck.
Perini was disqualified due to his mobile phone being found in his boat after the race.
The Italian has pleaded his innocence following the announcement.
“I gave the phone to the jury so that they could see that the last call was from the night before, with the psychologist," he explained.

“The rules do not say that you cannot bring the phone, but that you cannot communicate."
