The raw-meat-eating Liver King has allegedly been caught admitting to using steroids despite denying such claims in the past.
An internet steroid expert by the name of Derek from the YouTube channel More Plates More Dates has claimed to have found significant evidence that the Liver King may not be as natural as he says he is.
Derek has always been a believer that the jacked-up man was a steroid user, however, he’s now produced an hour-long video with what he alleges to be definitive proof of the fact.

Within the documentary-length expose, the YouTuber exposes an email between the Liver King, whose real name is Brian Johnson, and a body-building coach.
Within the email, the big man admits to taking almost $12,000 pharmaceutical HGH per month, with three injections per day.
That’s wild.

This was all while promoting a holistic, caveman-like lifestyle of just eating raw meat.
Johnson has long been growing his social media following, promoting intense workouts, eating raw meat and organs, and sticking to the plan.
He’s gained 1.7 million followers on Instagram and 3.5 million followers on TikTok who have lapped up in his warrior lifestyle.
Of course, he’s always had his sceptics.
In the past, Joe Rogan has claimed that Johnson’s regime and lifestyle was all a ‘gimmick’.

He didn’t seem to be much of a fan when he made comments on his show in April, accusing Johnson of putting not-so-natural products in his body, in stark contrast to what the ‘Liver King’ promotes.
Rogan said: “No that’s a gimmick, that guy. He’s got an ass filled with steroids is what he got. That’s not a natural body. That guy is shooting all kinds of shit into his system to achieve that kind of physique.
“I don’t even know if there’s a benefit in eating raw meat. From what I’ve understood, talking to experts, there’s actually a lot gained from cooking because the protein becomes more bioavailable.”
Johnson has always maintained that he eats a pound of raw liver every day and understands the science behind it as he has a medical degree in biochemistry.

When referencing his apparent steroid use, he said he doesn’t ‘touch the stuff’ and added that he was ‘grateful to Joe Rogan’ for bringing him into ‘his ecosystem’.
And in an interview on Pardon My Take in the past he denied taking PEDs but rather that he Prioritises, Executives, and Dominates.
So much for that.
