A well-respected journalist has made a huge prediction about whether Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will get married.
Kelce, 35, and Swift, 35, have been dating since the summer of 2023, with the popular singer having regularly been spotted supporting her partner at Kansas City Chiefs games.
Since the Chiefs lost 40-22 against the Philadelphia Eagles at Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans, Louisiana, there have been questions regarding Kelce’s future both on and off the field.
Several reports suggested that Kelce was pondering retirement after the defeat, but according to ESPN analyst Pat McAfee, this is unlikely to be the case.

McAfee, 37, read out a text message supposedly from the Kansas City Chiefs tight end on his Thursday show.
“My dog!!! I'm coming back for sure,” the text read, according to McAfee.
“Gonna try and get to the best shape I've been this offseason and get back to the mountaintop.
“Got a real bad taste in my mouth with how I played in that last game and how I got the guys ready for battle. I can't go out like that!!!!”

However, from a personal perspective, Kelce’s life may be set to take a drastic change.

According to well-respected US sports journalist Stephen A. Smith, who was speaking on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon on March 5, "we're going to get a 'yes'" this year.
“I’m scared to get this wrong!” said Smith.

“A lot of ladies love Travis Kelce. Travis Kelce has loved a lot of ladies. But Taylor Swift’s a different animal.”
“She looks good,” he added. “She’s incredibly talented. And she’s worth about a billion [dollars].
“We’re going to guess a ‘yes’ on this one.”
“Oh, I hope that happens,” Fallon explained.

And Smith is not the first person to make this prediction. As reported by the US Mirror, former NFL star Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones thinks the couple will make the next step.
“I'm thinking this year they are going to get married or after football,” said Jones earlier this year.
If and when the pair do tie the knot it will be one of the most highly-anticipated weddings in recent times.
Travis has already discussed the topic of marriage on his podcast 'New Heights', which he co-hosts with brother Jason, back in January.

The younger brother explained how he would like a ceremony to take place either in winter or summer rather than fall.
"I've seen weddings in February," said Travis during an episode of New Heights.
"I've seen weddings everywhere but the fall. So I'm not sure if the fall was a good wedding season."
"You gotta be willing to find a weekend where the team isn't playing anybody good maybe," he added when asked if a wedding could interfere with the football season.
