Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce 'make major life decision' as engagement rumours swirl ahead of Super Bowl LIX

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have reportedly made a major decision about their relationship ahead of Super Bowl LIX.

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Kelce and pop superstar Swift began dating in 2023 and are now arguably the most famous couple in the United States, with the pair even being described in some reports as 'America's own royal couple'.

Swift has been spotted supporting Kelce at various Chiefs games this season and her attendance has seemingly been beneficial for Kansas, who reached their third consecutive Super Bowl with a 32-29 win over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game on Sunday.

The Chiefs will now take on the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday and are looking to be crowned NFL champions for the third consecutive season.

Rumours are swirling that Kelce may propose to Swift if the Chiefs win next weekend, with the New York Post speculating that a 'fairytale' proposal could even happen on the field.

And it appears the couple are ready to take the next step in their relationship.

Weekly US claim Swift and Kelce have discussed living together and buying a property ahead of the game.

The musician is said to be 'toying with the idea of purchasing a place in Kansas City' where Kelce is based.

"When they have time, they want to look at real estate," an unnamed source told the publication, adding that they've "talked about exploring buying a home together".

Kelce has kept tight-lipped about any potential proposal in the build-up to the Super Bowl, although has previously dropped hints about how a marriage to Swift might look.

Speaking in the 'No Dumb Questions' segment of his popular podcast New Heights last year, Kelce said: "I've seen weddings in f***ing February. I've seen weddings everywhere but the fall. So I'm not sure if the fall was a good wedding season.

"I actually don't know people who've gotten married in the fall because all the weddings I've been to and all my friends always do it in the summer.

"You gotta be willing to find a weekend where the team isn't playing anybody good maybe.

"If you really do have a problem with that, maybe it's in her best interest to not have it in the fall so that she knows you're invested in the anniversary every time it comes around. I think you guys should duke that out."
