Ilia Topuria was involved in an exchange with a reporter after his victory over Max Holloway.
On Saturday night, the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates played host to UFC 308.
The main event of the night was the much-anticipated bout between Topuria and Holloway.

Ultimately, Topuria came out on top and won the fight in three rounds.
After the fight, during a press conference, Topuria asked a reporter to leave the room after being asked a question about his birthplace.
The report asked through a translator: “Congratulations on winning the title. Before the title match a couple of weeks ago, you were asked a question about a fight with (Islam) Makhachev and you said something about ‘If we have to fight on the street then I would have to pay his medical bills.

“The question is what do you know about the streets because you were born in Germany and then you moved to Spain so what would you know about that.”
Topuria then said: “Who brought this guy in this room?”
The reporter replied: “I’ve come by myself,” to which Topuria clapped back: “So you’re gonna have to stand up and leave the room by yourself.”

As a result of his win over Holloway, Topuria now has a record of 16 wins from 16 fights.
Speaking after his defeat, Holloway said: “We got ready for everything. I felt great, bro. I felt great till I didn't. You know, that's his spot, man, hats off to him.

“No excuses. I felt great. I had a great camp, no injuries. I went out here I did my thing. He was just a better man tonight.”
Topuria said: “To beat a legend like Max Holloway, I can't believe it you know, he inspired me so much in my career.
“He's been a great example for the generation. I represent the new generation.”
