OKTAGON MMA co-owner Pavol Neruda said: "It’s crazy, it’s amazing. The arena is so huge, the atmosphere is so big, and this is us making a massive statement to the world.
"We sold 40,000 within the first 3 weeks, before we even announced many fights, and I think that that shows how we have built a brand that the public can trust.
"They know that an OKTAGON event is a great experience - somewhere they can go with their friends and have six hours of fun.
"We feel at home in Frankfurt, it’s a huge city and we feel a part of the city. We have announced Eckerlin and Coga on the card, who are local names, and I think this combination worked really well."
