Joe Rogan makes 'f**king terrifying' claim about Jon Jones vs Tom Aspinall amid pull-out rumours

Joe Rogan has made his feelings clear on whether Jon Jones will accept Tom Aspinall's challenge.

Joe Rogan has made a 'f**king terrifying' claim about Jon Jones vs. Tom Aspinall amid pull-out rumours.

The undisputed UFC clash between champion Jones and interim title holder Aspinall remains in the works as Dana White looks to make the sport's biggest fight of the year.

But the American legend has reportedly pulled out of the blockbuster showdown, with a shock fighter in line to face the Brit.

Conor McGregor has shared his thoughts on Jones vs. Aspinall as he made a damning claim.

Rogan has also weighed in on the proposed heavyweight showdown, making his stance very clear on the potential fight.

He is convinced 'Bones' will meet Aspinall inside the famed Octagon, claiming he will accept the challenge for 'glory'.

On Jones, Rogan said: "Jon Jones is one of the greatest of all time."

Asked by Ilia Topuria whether Jones will fight Aspinall, he replied: "Yes. I think he’ll fight Tom. I think he’ll hang out... for glory. One more glory before the lights fade."

Rogan continued by hailing Jones' skillset, explaining: "Jon’s a conqueror. I think he can’t sit back. The guy developed a spinning back kick at 36!"

He added: "[He] didn’t have a spinning back kick his whole career, then all of a sudden knocks out Stipe with a spinning back kick for the heavyweight title at 36, 37 years old - that’s crazy.

"Jon’s fight IQ is insane, and did a lot of his career partying, which is even crazier. He diminished his body...

"He was so good but he was so good that he was better than everyone in his division.

"So he didn’t work hard, and then when he has to work hard he’s f**king terrifying."

Jones, 37, hasn't fought since his dominant victory over Stipe Miocic at UFC 309 last November. It was his first UFC heavyweight title defence, having captured the vacant title against Ciryl Gane in March 2023.

As for Aspinall, he beat Curtis Blaydes at UFC 304 in Manchester to defend his interim title.

The 32-year-old is holding out for a crack at undisputed status as Jones appears to be holding up the fight from happening.
