Jon Jones stormed out of an interview before it even started and requested a different interviewer ahead of UFC 309.
Jones makes his highly-anticipated UFC return this weekend as he defends his UFC heavyweight championship against Stipe Miocic in the main-event of UFC 309.
But the build-up has been dominated over claims he won't fight interim UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall, who has been calling for a unification clash.
Ahead of facing Miocic, Jones was scheduled to speak with Adam Catterall for TNT Sports.

However, he refused to be interviewed by Adam as he eventually conducted an interview with TNT Sports, having spoken to Nick Peet.
Before taking his seat, Jones told his team: "Hey, I'm not going to do this interview.... you know, because it's going to be an Aspinall fest. I'm not going to do it."
After leaving the room, he told Adam: "Hey bro, nothing personal," he as referenced his ties with Aspinall.
"Common sense tells me what type of questions I’m just going to get asked," the UFC champion continued.

Speaking during his UFC 309 media day, Jones made his feelings clear regarding a showdown against Aspinall, stating he doesn't want to do business with the British star.

"If I’m being completely honest, I feel like Tom’s been such an assh*le that I don’t want to do business with him," he said via MMA Fighting.
"His fans have been so annoying and obviously you don’t get this far in a career being affected by fans or what not, but he’s just an assh**e. He’s 30 so he’s from this influencer generation where you hop online with the t-shirt sales and all that. I’m past that type of stuff. I’m like bro if you had a little bit more respect then maybe we could have something out. I just don’t even want to do business with him.
"At the end of the day, this is a business. Fighting me gives him the opportunity to change his life forever. I don’t even want to give him the opportunity. He just played his cards wrong with me personally. I’m three years from being a 40-year-old grown man. The press conference, going through the whole shebang with him, I’d rather not do."
